Contact and account data you give us: name, email, phone number, Telegram username, and for AI CREATOR KIDS the student's name and age and the parent's or guardian's contact details.

Purchase data: chosen plan, price and payment status. Card details are processed by payment providers and are not stored by us.

Learning data: homework, works you upload, messages in the support chat and community, call attendance.

Technical data: device and browser information, pages visited and clicks on the website, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

2. Why we use it

To provide the Course you paid for, give access, check homework and run calls (performance of the contract).

To process payments and refunds and meet accounting obligations (legal obligation).

To answer your questions and send information about your stream (legitimate interest).

To measure and improve the website and advertising (consent, where required by law).

To show your works or feedback publicly, only with your consent.

3. Who we share it with

Payment providers, Telegram and other messaging services we use for support, video and learning platforms, analytics and advertising services, and our curators — only as needed for these purposes. We do not sell personal data.

4. International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as you have access to the Course and afterwards for as long as required by law or to resolve disputes, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Children

AI CREATOR KIDS is for students aged 10–17. We collect a child's data only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who can review, correct or request deletion of it at any time.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to magroupmedia@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies

The website uses cookies for basic operation and, with your consent where required, for analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some features may then work differently.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
